The ostomy adhesive remover comes in a spray can or individual wipes. The 100% silicone-based ESENTA adhesive remover spray and wipes may help reduce potential skin damage like skin-stripping while quickly removing sticky residue. It’s made without natural rubber latex, which makes it ideal for those with latex allergies or sensitivities.

How does Esenta Adhesive Remover products work?
The fluid in the spray is designed to ‘track’ between the adhesive and the skin, creating a layer of silicone. This silicone layer then acts as a release agent to release the bond that is currently there, so the adhesive falls away from the skin without any trauma. The silicone then evaporates in seconds, without leaving any film or coating, and a new appliance can be applied (if required) without first needing to clean the skin.
How to Use ESENTA Sting-Free Adhesive Remover Spray
- Spray around the edge of the adhesive and wait a few seconds. You can spray at any angle.
- Gently peel adhesive away from the skin using additional spray to ease removal, if necessary.
- Once dried, ESENTA will not affect adhesion of further dressings or appliances.
