Ostoform FLOWASSIST Convex Cut-to-Fit Baseplate

Incorporates the patented FLOWASSIST technology in a unique and highly flexible design, helping to maintain hydrocolloid integrity and promote healthier peristomal skin. By directing output away from the skin and into the pouch, it helps reduce the risk of leakage and may extend appliance wear time, and is particularly effective for managing liquid output.

Designed with 3.5mm convexity, the baseplate provides additional support for recessed or flush stomas. Radial Grooves allow the baseplate to conform to anatomical contours, providing a secure, body-hugging fit, while tapered edges help minimize edge catching and lifting for added comfort and discretion. The floating flange enables easier pouch coupling with reduced pressure on the abdomen, and its angled corners provide a secure grip for easy removal. Integrated belt attachment tabs offer the option of additional support and security when needed.
