Monks Note: Starting in 2022, irrigation products received a new insurance billing designation, code A4436. This code is not recognized on the Medicare fee schedule, meaning that irrigation sleeves will now need to be paid for out-of-pocket. They can not be billed through insurance, including Medicare.
