Sorbalux ABD Absorbent Abdominal Pads

Sorbalux ABD is a highly absorbent dressing designed for treating abdominal wounds. Functioning as either a primary or secondary dressing, it provides the strength needed for large, heavy-exudate wounds, utilizing cellulose fibers on the interior and a woven exterior to draw in and hold onto fluid.

How it Works
Sorbalux ABD pads:

• Utilize a cellulose fiber inner core to absorb exudate and prevent it from leaking out.
• Have a nonwoven exterior on both sides to keep outside fibers from entering.
• Feel soft and comfortable against the skin during wear while creating a sterile, moist healing environment.
• Offer straightforward, clear application, thanks to blue guide lines on the ABD pads.
• Are not formulated with natural latex, reducing risks of irritation and allergic reactions in the process.
• Have a peel-back design and are stored in an easy-to-open package, allowing for convenient storage and application.

Uses
Sorbalux ABD pads can be used as a primary or secondary dressing to treat heavy-exudate wounds, including chronic and acute injuries.
To apply, the dressing must be secured in place with tape, such as Omnifix®.
