Sterilux AMD Premium Bulky Bandage

Sterilux AMD gauze is formulated with 0.1% PHMB, 0.02% benzalkonium chloride, and 100% premium cotton. Using a 6-ply construction and a high yarn count, Sterilux provides a high degree of absorbency for moderate to high-exudate wounds, helping to prevent bacteria colonies from forming within the dressing. They are individually packaged in peel-back pouches for assured sterility that is easy and convenient to use.

Contraindications, Warnings, and Precautions

• This bandage is contraindicated for use on third-degree burns. 
• Sterilux should not be used on patients with known sensitivity to PHMB and BKC.
• This bandage only helps resist bacterial colonization within the bandage and should not be used as a treatment for clinical infection. 
• Soak with sterile saline or water when the bandage is not easily removed.
